1. Raspberry Bites
Take Greek Yogurt and put it inside the raspberry. It super yummy and delicious.
2. Tortilla Wrap
This is absolutely one of my favorites and is super filling. Take your tortilla and inside add your choice of veggies, dressing, and etc. I add spinach, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and something a little flavorful and crunchy like bacon.
3. Amazing Berry Smoothie
On those days when I am craving a Starbucks Frapp I make this easy and healthy recipe. Start off with clean blender add berries, I add blackberry, strawberries, as well as blueberry. Then I take some spinach and add a little bit. Lastly I add a healthy sweeter to sweeten things up so I add a tiny bit of honey.
